Do I need an EICR if I am a landlord?
Private landlords in England need a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report and a copy for tenants. They also come up on house sales. Call 07401 410017 to book.
What is an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report. A test of the fixed wiring.

Qualified to install small-scale solar PV (EAL Level 3 Award in the Installation of Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic Systems, The Focus Training Group / Ofqual 600/5175/9). Not MCS certified. If MCS is needed for a grant or tariff, that is said up front.
How do quotes and payment work?
Survey and a clear quote before work starts. 50% to book the date, 50% when the job is finished. Certificates after payment in full.
